Ty began his career in financial services in 1988, working for a major Canadian financial institution in retail banking. He joined IG Wealth Management in 1997, and in 2001 moved to I.G. Insurance Services where he is now a Senior Insurance Planning Specialist. There, he focuses on high net-worth clients and involved estate planning along with his IG financial consultant colleagues. His extensive experience allows him to help clients understand where insurance can be both a risk and wealth-planning tool. Ty is a graduate of both York University and Laurier University.
